近日，江蘇省安裝行業(ye) 協會(hui) （以下簡稱協會(hui) ）《關(guan) 於(yu) 2023年度江蘇省安裝行業(ye) 優(you) 秀論文評選結果的公示》文件公布，我司19項論文成果獲獎。
為加強技術經驗交流，引導和推動我司管理創新科技創新，深入探索科技創新技術和項目管理經驗，我司按照協會“關於開展2023年度江蘇省安裝行業優秀論文征集評選的通知”〖蘇安協〔2023]36號〗相關精神和公司內部“關於開展2023年度江蘇省AG庄闲安裝集團有限公司論文征集活動的通知”，經個人申報、分公司推薦、單位評價和校訂，最終推薦22篇參賽論文，其中19篇在2023年度江蘇省安裝行業優秀論文評選中脫穎而出，占獲獎總數的10%。
其中我司申報優秀論文《大型榨油廠油料浸出自動化生產線設備安裝技術》、《基於數據計算的全係統空調水平衡調試技術》獲一類成果，其餘5篇論文獲二類成果，12篇成果獲三類成果。
《基於數據計算的全係統空調水平衡調試技術》結合多個綜合體的工程調試經驗，區別於以往的項目空調水平衡調試采用的迭代法，當係統複雜，分級多時，調節當前閥門會對已調節好的末端裝置流量造成影響，從而影響調試效率，創新性的提出基於計算數據的全係統空調水平衡調試技術，通過詳細的計算、調試，來解決水力失衡造成的部分區域空調水欠流量，部分區域過流量問題，大大降低能耗，提高舒適性。
《大型榨油廠油料浸出自動化生產線設備安裝技術》應用BIM技術對浸出器與工藝管道圖紙深化設計，建立三維模型，優化設備與工藝管線布置；對浸出器吊裝與安裝等，提前進行虛擬安裝模擬；管件、支撐及操作平台等采用工廠化預製，現場模塊化安裝等方式，大大提高了工程施工精度和施工效率。
